It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 4EB. 3EB Potentially Emerging Enterprises who satisfy criteria
stated in the Tender Data may submit Tender offers.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who The Tender requires to comply with Local Content for designated sectors / items. Only
Locally manufactured / items with a specified minimum threshold for Local Production and content will be considered. PA-36 Form must
be attached together with Annexure C as part of the Bid Document. Failer to comply will lead to disqualification.
Only tenderers who it is estimated that tenders should have CIDB grading designated of 4EB or Higher / 3EBPE or HIGHER.
Preference Points scoring is 80/20. Tender to be awarded to the highest scoring acceptance tender. Points will be allocated for: Price
and Preference: according to formula in PPPFA Regulations 2017. A tender having a stipulated minimum BBBEE status level of
contributor: Level 1 to 2. Submission of a certified current letter of good standing (Stamped by a Commissioner of Oath). Worksman's
Compansation Certificate. Submission of the BBBEE Sworn Affidavert attested by Commisioner of Oath or copy of SANAS Approved
BBBEE certificate (Subject to verification). Submission of a Health and Safety Plan. Submission of both the certified documents with
Dept of Labour and possession of valid Registered Wireman's License, certified (Stamped by a Commissioner of Oath). It is compulsory
that the service providers must be registered on the central supplier database. Adjudication is open for public obsevation. Tender
