Only tenderers who HAVE COMPLETED THREE SIMILIAR PROJECTS, HAVE THE BASIC ROAD CONSTRUCTION PLAN AND
HAVE AT LEAST 105 CAPITAL TO START PROJECT are eligible to submit tenders.

starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 00h00 on Friday, 24 July 2020.
