Venue: Ifafa Primary School at Esparanza,Uswani in Ugu District, KwaZulu-Natal. The Co-ordinates to the school are 30° 22′ 48.36″ S, 30° 38′ 43.141″ E.
Special Conditions:
The 80/20 preference point system, as per the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act 2000: Preferential procurement Regulation 2017 is applicable for allocating points for price and preference points. The following scores will be applied:

BBBEE Status - 20.
Contractors must be registered with National Treasury’s Centralized Supplier Database (CSD) and CIPC (formerly CIPRO).
Bidders are required to meet the minimum stipulated threshold for Local Production and Content as per SBD6.2 in the tender document. Bidders to ensure that they submit a completed and signed SBD 6.2 Form and SATS 1286:2011, Annexure C. The stipulated minimum threshold(s) for local production and content (refer to Annex A of SBD 6.2) for this bid is/are as follows:
Bid documents can be collected from the CDC Umhlanga Office, 18 Cranbrook Crescent, Umhlanga, Durban from 13 March 2020 from 12h00. A non-refundable bid fee of R 200.00 should be deposited to Account Name: CDC – DoE; Standard Bank, Account No: 080 224 555, Branch Code 050 017 and proof of payment is required upon collection of the bid documents. No tender document will be available at the Briefing Meeting. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.
One original completed bid document shall be placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “CDC/65/20 – Completion of Ifafa Primary School in Ugu District”.
