GEOTECHNICAL REMEDIAL WORKS TO THE SLOPE INSTABILITY ON NATIONAL ROUTE N2 SECTION 19 BETWEEN KM 72.0 ANDKM 73.5 This project is in the province of the Eastern Cape in the OR Tambo District Municipality and the Port St Johns Local Municipality. Only tenderers with a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1, 2, 3 or 4 are eligible to tender. It is estimated that tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 8CE or higher, however, tenderers attention is drawn to clause 4.1.1 of the Tender Data when submitting their tender.If Tenderer is QSE, it is required to subcontract a minimum of 30% of work by the end of contract to Targeted Enterprise.If tenderer is not QSE and less than 51% black ownership then it is required to subcontracta minimum of 50% of work. If not a QSE and has equal or more than 51% black ownership, it is required to subcontract a minimum of 40% to Targeted Enterprise. If Tenderer is not a QSE and has equal or more than 51% black women or black youth ownership, then it is required to subcontract a minimum of 30% to Targeted Enterprise.

Briefing Session: Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender within seven (7) days from the tender advertisement date (Date). Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive..
