To invite potential and qualified service providers to submit proposals for the provision of courier services to the Driving Licence Card Account (DLCA) for a period of thirty six (36) months.

Briefing Session: Compulsory briefing session will NOT be held due to the Covid-19 pandemic however any inquiries may be forwarded to tenders@ dlca.gov.za.
