TENDER DOCUMENTS, IN ENGLISH, ARE OBTAINABLE FROM THURSDAY, 15 OCTOBER 2020, AT THE RECEPTION OF CEDERBERG MUNICIPALITY, 2A VOORTREKKER STREET, CLANWILLIAM, BETWEEN 08:00 AND 16:00 (MONDAY-THURSDAY) AND FRIDAY BETWEEN 08:00 AND 14:00 UPON PAYMENT OF A TENDER PARTICIPATION FEE.
Where bids should be delivered:
FULLY COMPLETED TENDER DOCUMENTS, IN A SEALED ENVELOPE, MUST BE PLACED IN THE TENDER BOX SITUATED AT THE CEDERBERG MUNICIPALITY MAIN BUILDING, 2A VOORTREKKER STREET, CLANWILLIAM, BY NO LATER THAN 12:00 ON MONDAY 16 NOVEMBER 2020.
Special Conditions:
BID WILL BE PRE-EVALUATED ON FUNCTIONALITY CRITERIA AND BIDS THAT SCORE MORE THAN 30 OUT OF 50 FOR FUNCTIONALITY PER CATEGORY WILL BE CONSIDERED AS RESPONSIVE.
