BID DESCRIPTION: APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR: PRECAUTIONARY DISINFECTION SERVICES FOR COVID-19 CONTAINMENT AND CONTROL ON AD-HOC BASIS FOR A PERIOD ENDING 30 JUNE 2021

EHLANZENI DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY INVITES BIDS FOR THE ABOVE-MENTIONED TENDER
Bids will be evaluated based on functionality, price and B-BBEE status level of contribution in accordance with the 80/20 point system. In order to claim points for B-BBEE status level of contribution, bidders must attach a certified copy of a B-BBEE verification certificate or sworn affidavit.
Bidders must obtain a minimum 70 points out of possible 100 points on functionality in order to qualify for further evaluation on price and B-BBEE status level of contribution when applying the 80/20 evaluation point system in terms of the PPPFA and its Regulations.
Only bidders who have provided the following information and documents to be used to evaluate the bidder's responsiveness will be considered for further evaluation on functionality:
Note that bidders who submit their offers as Joint Venture or Consortium must attach a Joint Venture or Consortium Agreement signed by all parties, and all parties must attend the compulsory briefing session or register as such during the briefing session.
