A compulsory briefing session will be held on:

Special Conditions: Minimum CIDB rating: Grade 3GB or higher. The appointed service provider must also have the capabilities or access to 2EB or higher and 2ME or higher as per the tender requirements. Classes of specialist works (SB to SQ); SC, SE, SF, SG, SK, SL, SM, SN, SO and SQ Registration with professional body/bodies e.g. Master Builders Association, ECA, CIDB registered, NHBRC, SAIMechE.

No foreigners will be allowed to attend the briefing session or to be on site
On the Briefing session day please bring drivers licence or original SA ID. NO MASK NO ENTRY AS WE HAVE TO ADHERE TO THE COVID REGULATIONS.
