Bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from closing date and NO late, faxed or e-mailed or other form of tender will be accepted.Bids will be evaluated using the 80/20preference points of the basis of the bidders B-BBEE Status level of contributor in terms of the PPPFA Act 5, of 2000, and Supply Chain Management Policy of Sedibeng Water.

A valid Tax Certificate(or in case of joint venture of all parties should submit their individual Tax Certificate together with their JV agreements). certified copies of CIPC, certificate for Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA). PSIRA certificate, company profile and copies of three reference letters for similar work done.
