• The successful Service Provider agrees to keep confidential all records and information and not to disclose such records or information to any third party without the prior written consent of IUCMA.

• The IUCMA reserves the right to terminate the contract in the event that there is clear evidence of non-performance and/or inability to deliver.

• The IUCMA will not make any pre-payment including deposit before delivery of the required goods.
