Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure professional barber services for the SACAA Men’s Mentorship Session scheduled for 26 February 2026. The aim is to ensure that the event's grooming needs are met efficiently, providing grooming services to approximately 150 delegates in a timely and professional manner.

Scope

The scope of the service includes providing grooming specialists such as barbers and nail technicians to attend to the SACAA gentlemen during the mentorship session. The services will be required at the SACAA New Building (Byls Bridge Boulevard Office Park, Centurion) on the specified date, with setup starting from 07:00 and services to be completed by 08:30. The service provider must supply all necessary grooming equipment and materials, including chairs, capes, clippers, scissors, shears, brushes, combs, razors, hand mirrors, etc., for 150 delegates.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of grooming services for approximately 150 delegates.
• Setup of grooming stations from 07:00 on the event day.
• Services to commence by 08:30 and be completed within the scheduled timeframe.
• Supply of all necessary grooming tools and equipment as listed (chairs, capes, clippers, scissors, etc.).
• Adherence to all terms and conditions specified in the RFQ, including timely service delivery.
• Participation in a briefing meeting via physical or Teams platform prior to the event.

Skills Requirements

• Experience as a grooming specialist, such as a professional barber or nail technician.
• Ability to provide efficient and professional grooming services in a high-volume setting.
• Attention to detail and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with event organizers and delegates.
• Capability to set up and operate grooming stations independently and efficiently.
