Briefing Session
Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, a virtual non-mandatory briefing meeting will be conducted on Microsoft Teams on Friday, 22 January 2021 at 10h00, however, the briefing minutes will be made available to all the bidders who downloaded the RFP document from the CDC Website. Bidders will be requested to send electronic mails via [email protected], for any enquires related to the bid, between the periods of 15 January 2021 to 29 January 2021. CDC will compile a schedule of questions, answers and upload on the CDC Website. No new queries received after 29 January 2021 will be entertained.
Special Conditions:
Most large tenders are composed of tasks in a number of different fields, and it is not always possible for a single company to cater for all of them, and therefore Joint Ventures and Consortia are formed to then submit a tender together.
Government tenders are also requiring the subcontracting of a percentage of the tender work, and the trouble is then finding Subcontractors to comply with the tender requirements
