The quotation closes at the SANRAL’s Eastern Regional office at 58 Van Eck Place, Mkondeni, Pietermaritzburg, 3201. Location of tender box: Registry office. Royal HaskoningDHV (Pty) Ltd were appointed by the South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd (SANRAL) for the Consulting Engineering Services for the Preliminary Design of the Realignment of National Route 11, Section 4, from O’Neill’s Cottage (km 34.3) to Kwaggasnek (km 39.0). The project falls within the Amajuba District Municipality. A Stage 2 Road Safety Audit is therefore required to check and report on the road safety implications of the preliminary design for the realignment of the National Route 11, Section 4, from O’Neill’s Cottage to Kwaggasnek.

Only Consulting Engineering Firms with a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1 or 2, are eligible to submit quotations.

Firms with road safety and traffic engineering experience are therefore invited to submit a quote to undertake an independent Road Safety Audit. A clarification meeting will not be held, but it is essential that prospective tenderers familiarise themselves with the site.
