EHLANZENI DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY INVITES BIDS FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED TENDER
Bids will be evaluated in line with the EDM's Supply Chain Management Policy in terms of functionality, price and B-BBEE status level of contribution in accordance with the 90/10 point system. In order to claim points for B-BBEE status level of contribution, bidders must attach a certified copy of a B-BBEE verification certificate issued by a SANAS accredited agency.
Bidders must obtain a minimum of 70 points out of possible 100 points on functionality in order to qualify for further evaluation on price and B-BBEE status level of contribution when applying the 90/10 evaluation point system in terms of the PPPFA and its Regulations.
It is estimated that bidders must have a CIDB grading of 7CE or higher

Note that bidders who submit offers as a Joint Venture or Consortium must attach a Joint Venture or Consortium Agreement signed by all parties and all parties must attend the compulsory briefing session.
