Tender specification documents and the banking details of the Overberg District Municipality can be obtained from Ms C Reid at Tel: 028 050 0910 or e-mail:  [email protected]. A non-refundable fee of R135.00 (one hundred and thirty-five rand), is payable for a set of documents. The fee must be paid by bank gauranteed cheque issued in favour of the Overberg District Municipality or an electronic payment (use company name and tender no. as reference).

A compulsory information and clarification meeting with attendance register will be held where the documentation pertaining this contract will be discussed with all present. Due to Covid-19, strict protocols must be adhered to. Please wear your mask at all times and sanitize regularly. Proper distancing between participants must be allowed.
