1. Service providers must have a functional/ operational office/residential address within the Eastern Cape Province.
2. The expression of interest documents will be valid for a period of 120 days after the closing date.
3. Service providers must be accredited with Construction CETA or Services SETA’s.
The minimum specifications and other conditions and rules are detailed in the document.
