Pre-qualification criteria: BBB-EE Level required: Level 1 and 2 only!! sworn affidavit should be DTI template and should be accompanied by the latest audited financial statement: BBB-EE certificate must be SANAS accredited. Required CIDB grading: 9 GB or Higher. Sub-contracting: A Minimum of 30% of contract value must be sub-contracted to targeted groups(s) therefore, sub-contracting agreement/s must be submitted with the bid. Functionality Criteria: Will be scored out of 100 points and minimum of 70 points must be scored to be considered for further evaluation, Company experience=40 points, Key staff=40 points, Project Plan=20 points. Preference point system: 90/10.
