Sarah Baartman District Municipality invites bids from suitably qualified service providers for the "Koukamma Municipality Spatial Development Framework and Integrated Land-Use Scheme". Prospective bidders must be registered with the South African Council of Planners (SACPLAN) as professional planners. Failure to produce proof of registration will result in disqulifiction of the bid.
Bids with the necessary speciifications may be downloaded from the E-Tender Portal ([email protected]).
Sealed bid documents clearly marked "BID NO. 24/2020: KOUKAMMA MUNICIPALITY SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK AND INTEGTRATED LAND-USE SCHEME" must be deposited in the tender box, at the Sarah Baartman District, 4th Floor, 32 Govan Mbeki Avenue, not later trhan 12h00 (noon) on Monday, 3 August 2020. Thereafter, bids will be opened in public at the Comittee Room 1, 6th floor.
No late, incomplete or emailed bids will be accepted for consideration.
Please note that the Supply Chain Management Policy of the Sarah Baartman District Municipality shall be used to adjudicate the bid, and the 80/20 preferential point sytem shall apply whereby a contract will be allocated to a tenderer in accordance with the Preferential Procuement Policy Framework Act, Act No. 5 of 2000, Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017 and as defined in the Conditions of the bid, where 80 points will be allocated in respect of price, and 20 points shall be awarded to a tenderer for attaining B-BBEE status level contributor.
The only or lowest bid shall not necessarily be accepted.
