A compulsory briefing session will be held on:

Venue:Department of Public Works and Infrastructure, Corner of Nkosi Senyukele Jojo of Ngqubusini Street, Mount Ayliff.Ground Floor Boardroom. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the compulsory Pre-Tender Briefing may be held in groups. Bidders must ensure that they have face masks all the time during this compulsory Pre-tender briefing meeting. Covid-19 Restrictions are to be adhered too at all times

Special Conditions:

  1. The total Useable area required by the department is 850m2. Useable space in excess of the requirement will not be paid by the Department
  2. The Department requires secured ONSITE parking bays – 10 uncovered, 02 covered parking bays and 02 disabled parking bay.
  3. Special Conditions: Bidders must be completed for all offers for 3,5,7 and 9yrs and 11months fully. Non-compliance hereof will result in elimination of the bid
  4. Other specifications, bid evaluation criteria, bid rules and special conditions of bid are detailed in the bid document.
