TENDER NO: N002-08-W-P12266: Lease of Portion 1 of the Farm Lot Solway No 240, Administrative District of Knysna, Province of the Western Cape.

The MAJV has been appointed by the South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd (SANRAL) to provide a comprehensive property service.

Interested parties are hereby invited to submit offers to lease the following improved property:

Portion 1 of the Farm Lot Solway No 240, Administrative District of Knysna, Province of the Western Cape.
Extent: approximately 3580 square meters
Present Zoning: “Government (Authority Use)”

The property falls within the borders of the Bitou Local Municipality in the Kurland / Crags area as depicted on the locality plan attached as Annexure A and site plan attached as Annexure B.

The property is improved by a hall with ablution facilities, but no sewerage or water connection.

The reserve rental is R 1 100.00 (One thousand one hundred rand) excl VAT per month. Only offers above the reserve rental will be considered.

Current Policies and Legislation that govern Procurement will apply.
