Special Conditions: Only bidders who has attended the compulsory briefing session will be allowed to tender for this project, bidders should ensure that they sign the briefing attendance register. No bidder will be allowed to sign the attadance register after 13:00pm. Tender documents will be available on the day of the briefing session and at SCM office till the closing date of the tender.
