  • RESPONDENTS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM B-BBEE STATUS LEVEL OF 4, VALID PROOF OF B-BBEE VERIFICATION CERTIFICATE FROM A SANAS ACCREDITED INSTITUTION OR A SWORN AFFIDAVIT MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE BID
  • RESPONDENTS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH NATIONAL TREASURY CENTRAL SUPPLIER DATABASE (CSD)
  • ATTENDANCE TO COMPULSORY BRIEFING SESSION
  • VALID PROOF OF COMPENSATION FOR OCCUPATIONAL INJURIES AND DISEASES (COID) LETTER OF GOOD STANDING MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE BID
  • VALID PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE COVER TO THE VALUE OF R5 MILLION PER INCIDENT/ SERIES OF INCIDENTS ARRIVING FROM THE SAME CAUSE AND WITH AN ANNUAL LIMIT COVER OF NOT LESS THAN R50 MILLION MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE BID
  • A VALID PROOF OF SAMSA SKIPPERS LICENCE OF TWO SKIPPERS (NO RESTRICTIONS) MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE BID
  • A VALID PROOF OF SAMSA SEAWORTHY CERTIFICATION FOR RESPONSE BOAT MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE BID
  • A PRICED OFFER.

NB! A BID THAT FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE-MENTIONED PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIRMENTS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED AND IT WILL NOT BE EVALUATED FURTHER.
