Kindly note that Bids document will not be opened in public as it involves face to face meeting which is restricted in terms of Disaster Management Act No.57 of 2002 and Government Gazette No.43258 in relation to Covid-19. The municipality will subsequent to the closing date and time publish on the municipal website a summary list of all bids received.There will be no briefing session for the above tenders to avoid the spread of the global coronavirus pandemic. All queries regarding the bids must be submitted in writing by email to the contact person as indicated above.
 
Bids will be evaluated on 80/20 Preference Point System and Functionality.
The minimum qualifying score for functionality is 70 Points.Responsive Bids will then be evaluated on the 80/20 Preference Points System as prescribed by the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017.
