Quotations are hereby invited for the: “RE-ADVERTISED RFQ 01/10/19: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FESTIVAL LIGHTING AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT FOR OUDTSHOORN MUNICIPALITY
Formal quotations sealed and clearly marked “RE-ADVERTISED RFQ 01/10/19: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FESTIVAL LIGHTING AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT FOR OUDTSHOORN MUNICIPALITY” must be placed in the Municipal quotation box, Church Street 26, OUDTSHOORN no later than 12h00 on Friday: 15 November 2019 and will be opened in public immediately thereafter in the Supply Chain Management Office, Church Street 26, OUDTSHOORN or any alternative place in Oudtshoorn Municipal Offices.
A set of fully completed quotation documents must be submitted on the original documents and remain valid for 90 days after the closing date of the quotation.
The municipality reserves the right to withdraw any invitation to quotation and / or re-advertise or to reject any formal quotation or to accept a part of it. The Municipality does not bind itself to accept the lowest or award a contract to the bidder scoring the highest number of points. Potential bidders should note that all projects in terms of this quotation may not materialize.
RFQ 01/10/18 will be evaluated and adjudicated in terms of 80/20 Preference Point System prescribed by the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (2017) and the Municipality’s Supply Chain Management Policy.
It is prerequisite that all prospective service providers who are not yet registered on the Central Supplier Database to be registered, registration can be done online via www.csd.gov.za
