During the Nation Lockdown, tender documents will not be available at the offices of the ODM and payments for the tender documents cannot be made at the cashier’s office. Payments can be made via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or be paid at the municipality’s bank. Please ensure that proof of payment for the tender document is attached to the tender document when handing it on or before the closing date. Your tender submission will not be accepted without proof of payment. The banking details of the Overberg District Municipality will be attached to the tender document. Duly completed tenders must be placed in a sealed envelope endorsed “T22-2019/20” SERVICES – FERRY AT MALAGAS FOR A THREE (3) YEAR PERIOD. The sealed tenders must be placed in the tender box at the Council Offices situated at 26 Long Street/Private Bag X22, Bredasdorp, 7280 by no later than 12:00 on Friday, 08 May 2020. Tenders will be opened in public thereafter.
