  • Must be SABS/SANS approved
  • A certificate from the Original Equipment Manufacturer or the duly appointed Agent of such Original Equipment Manufacturer, in which case proof of such appointment must be included. This certificate must confirm that the item(s) being offered by the bidder complies FULLY with the prescribed specifications.
  • Alternately, a comprehensive brochure that includes the following:
  • 1. A description of the products.
  • 2. Colour photos/pictures of the products.
  • 3. Manufacturers’ specifications and technical data sheets for the products.
  • 4. Diagrams of the products indicating dimensions, mass and any other features required by this specification.
    • 5. Where available a link to the manufacturers’ website of the products should be included.
