Special Conditions: 

Confirmation of attendance of the Compulsory Briefing Session will be recorded on site in the Site Inspection
Certificate included in the Bid Document.
Bids will remain valid for a period of 120 days from the closing date. No late, faxed, e-mailed or other form
of bid will be accepted.
A valid Tax Clearance Certificate together with a tax pin should be submitted. In case of a Joint Venture, all
members of the Joint Venture must attend the Compulsory Briefing Session, and submit their individual Tax
Clearance Certificates, together with a detailed Joint Venture Agreement.

Sedibeng Water fully reserves the right not to accept the lowest bid, to accept a bid in part or in whole, or not
to accept any bid at all.
