2. Compulsory Briefing Session

VENUE: Rolling Stock South Depot. 41A Carr Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg

NOTE:

• Some of the projects listed above may need a physical site visit, just after the briefing at Shosholoza Junction Building.
• No potential contractor/service provider will be allowed to the briefing session if they are late.
• Parking is a challenge and this needs to be considered in your planning.

3. Tender Collection

Tender documents must be downloaded from E-Tenders portal. 

4. COVID19 Restrictions

• Bidders are requested to have one representative per company in order to minimize the number of people present at each Briefing session.
• No Mask No Entry rule will be strictly implemented
• Social Distance of at least 1.5M will be implemented in order to comply with the Covid19 restrictions
• Bidders will be required to undergo a temperature scan at the entrance
• PRASA will provide a sanitizer for all participants at the entrance

Sealed tenders must be deposited as prescribed time per tender in the Depositing Box located at the Reception, Ground Floor, Shosholoza Junction Building, Cnr Leyds and Simmonds Streets, Braamfontein, Johannesburg, Gauteng.
