BIDDERS MUST PROVIDE THE FULL SPECIFICATION AND PICTURE (S) OF THE INFRARED THERMOMETERs AND INSULATION RESISTANCE TESTER THEY INTEND ON SUPPLYING PRASA, MUST SUBMIT A LETTER SPECIFYING THE EXPECTED DELIVERY PERIOD FOR ALL THE REQUESTED ITEMS ON BILL OF QUANTITIES, STIPULATE IN WRITING THAT THEY WILL OFFER FREE ONCE OFF TRAINING AND TELEPHONIC SUPPORT FOR PRASA EMPLOYEES WITH THE QUOTATION, BIDDERS WHO WILL NOT PROVIDE THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTATIONS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
ONLY BIDS WITH THE STIPULATED MINIMUM THRESHOLD OF 70%, ANNEXURE C(AS PER SDB 6.2) FOR LOCAL PRODUCTION AND CONTENT WILL BE CONSIDERED.
