The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to develop, update, and implement an Enterprise Architecture (EA) for the Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA).   • Providing a detailed implementation roadmap, project plan, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Executing activities at PSETA Head Office in Hillcrest, Pretoria.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the project include:

  • Adherence to TOGAF standards for architecture development and documentation.
  • Development of a PSETA-specific architecture framework and principles.
  • Creation of Baseline and Target architectures for Business, Data, Application, and Technology domains.
  • Conducting gap analyses between Baseline and Target architectures.
