The Supply Chain Management Policy will apply and bids will be evaluated in terms of the 80/20 points system as set out in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (Act 5 of 2000) read with PPPF Regulation 2017.

1st floor, Department of Rural Development and Land Reform Offices, 270 Jabu Ndlovu Street, Pietermaritzburg.

Documents will be ready for collection as from 14h00 on Tuesday, 25 February 2020 and between 08.00- 12.30 and 13.15 to 15.30, Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

A non-refundable bid deposit of R 100.00 payable into the following bank account for collection of the bid documents (proof of payment must be produced upon collection)

Bids are to be completed in accordance with the conditions attached to the documents and must be sealed and endorsed with the relevant contract number and must be personally deposited in the official bid box in the foyer of:

The Department of Rural Development and Land Reform Offices, 1st Floor, 270 Jabu Ndlovu Street, PIETERMARITZBURG not later than 11h00 on 12 March 2020 at which time bids will be opened in public.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days.

Telegraphic, telefaxed or faxed bids will not be considered and late bids will not be accepted.

The Department of Rural Development and Land Reform does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid.
