A non-compulsory clarification meeting nal briefing session will be held under the following conditions:

Due to Covid-19 regulations and national treasury restrictions on clarification meetings, an online clarification meeting will be held via the following platforms on seperate dates:

a) Microsoft Teams (tenderers to send their e-mail addresses to [email protected] );

b) Telkom Teleconference (0862 000 000 PIN 54340)

The tenderer to indicate by written notification which medium of communication they would prefer from the above, on or before 20 July 2020, close of business.

The clarification meetings will be held on the following dates:

a) Microsoft Teams - 22 July 2020 at 10h00 - 12h00

b) Telkom Teleconference - 23 July 2020 at 10h00 - 12h00
