| Transnet National Ports Authority Intends to Extend Lease Tenure with the Following Entities:
1. Romonza Boat Trips Cc, in Respect of Land Located on a Portion of Erf No. 12459 Measuring Approximately 150m² in Extent for a Period of 3 Years Commencing on 01 February 2023 to 31 January 2026 for Use as a Ticket Office.
2. Caroline 31 Cc (1), in Respect of Land Located on a Portion of Erf No. 12459 Measuring Approximately 767m² in Extent for a Period of 3 Years Commencing on 01 February 2023 to 31 January 2026 for Use as a Restaurant.
3. Caroline 31 Cc (2), in Respect of Land Located on a Portion of Erf No. 12459 Measuring Approximately 330m² in Extent for a Period of 3 Years Commencing on 01 February 2023 to 31 January 2026 for Use as a Restaurant.
4. Waterfront Tourism and Recreational Development (1), in Respect of Land Located on a Portion of Erf No. 12459 Measuring Approximately 181m² in Extent for a Period of 3 Years Commencing on 01 February 2023 to 31 January 2026 for Use as an Office Space, Parking of Vessels and Waterside Recreational Activities.
5. Waterfront Tourism and Recreational Development (2), in Respect of Land Located on a Portion of Erf No. 12459 Measuring Approximately 142m² in Extent for a Period of 3 Years Commencing on 01 February 2023 to 31 January 2026 for Use as an Office Space, Parking of Vessels and Waterside Recreational Activities.
The Purpose of This Notice is to Invite Comments and Receive Objections, if Any, from Interested and Affected Parties, for Consideration by Transnet National Ports Authority in Making a Decision on Proceeding with the Leasing of Facilities as Set Out Above.
