The Institute of Health Programs and Systems (IHPS) on behalf of NDoH requests proposals from suitable and experienced service providers to deliver end-to-end solutions for the procurement, installation, validation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment in ten provincial government pharmaceutical depots in nine provinces.

Submission Deadline: 12h00 PM midday on Wednesday, 16 September 2025.

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a suitable and experienced service provider(s) to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions for the procurement, installation, validation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of equipment across ten provincial government pharmaceutical depots in nine provinces. This initiative aims to enhance the operational capacity and efficiency of pharmaceutical services within the provincial depots.
