Objectives of the Tender

The primary objective of this tender is to procure the supply and delivery of Section 341 and 56 traffic infringement books. Scope of the Tender

The scope includes:

• Provision of 200 sets each of Section 341 and Section 56 infringement books, as specified in the technical requirements.
• Delivery of the books to the Traffic Department at Robertson Drive, Worcester, within 20 working days after official order receipt.
• Full compliance with detailed specifications on pages 23 and 24 of the tender document, including numbering, binding, and printing requirements.
• Inclusion of all costs, taxes, and delivery charges in the quoted prices.
• Adherence to the conditions of the procurement process, including submission deadlines and documentation requirements.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications for the infringement books are as follows:

Section 341 Books

• Triplicate copies in green, white, and pink.
• 50 sets per book.
• Print in black only, size 240 x 105 mm.
• Sequential traffic numbering with 16 digits, following the format and numbering rules specified.
• Binding at the head with secure binding.

Section 56 Books

• Three-part print in black and red, size 297 x 210 mm.
• 50 sets per book.
• Print front and reverse with special traffic numbering.
• Binding at the head with secure binding.

Additional technical details include:

• Numbering system based on a 16-digit code with specific structure for document type, sequence number, station code, and check digit.
• Delivery must occur within 20 working days of order placement.
• Full compliance with the specifications, including quality, numbering, and binding, is mandatory.
