Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified training provider to deliver ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Training for 7 delegates, split into two groups. The training aims to enhance the delegates' competence in internal, external, and supplier auditing as Lead Auditors, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards and accreditation requirements.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Provision of offsite ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor training for 7 delegates, divided into two groups.
• Delivery of training material, including case studies and examples, by the facilitator.
• Assessment of delegates to determine their competence post-training.
• Coverage of internal, external, and supplier auditing processes relevant to Lead Auditor roles.
• Provision of training by a SETA-accredited provider, with preferred accreditation as IRCA or Exemplar Global (advantageous).
• Proof of accreditation as a SAATCA approved training provider.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the tender are as follows:

• The training provider must be SETA accredited, with valid accreditation documentation to be submitted with the quote.
• The provider must be accredited as a SAATCA approved training provider.
• Preferably, the provider should be accredited as an IRCA or Exemplar Global Training Provider (advantageous).
• Training must be conducted offsite.
• Training materials should include case studies and practical examples, provided by the facilitator.
• An assessment must be conducted to evaluate delegates' competence after training.
• The training should comprehensively cover internal, external, and supplier audits from a Lead Auditor perspective.
• All bidders must register online before submitting their bids and submit quotations via the designated portal.
• Proof of relevant experience (minimum 5 years in ISO 9001:2015 training) must be provided.
