The primary objective of this tender is to engage qualified contractors to undertake the replacement of armco pipes with concrete culverts at Main Road P340, specifically at km 12,300, 16,000, 17,200, and 19,200 within the Okhahlamba Local Municipality. The project aims to improve infrastructure resilience and safety along this route, with a project duration of 8 months.

Evaluation will consider price (80 points) and specific goals (20 points), including BBB-EE certification, local labour content, and other socio-economic criteria as per the PPPFA Regulations, 2022.
