| Briefing Date Details: | A compulsory tender briefing will be held at Transnet Port Terminals, Richards Bay at Umhlathuze Building at 10:00am. Bidders that are interested in attending the compulsory briefing must send an e-mail to [email protected] supported by a copy of the Identity Document (ID) of their representative/s to arrange Permits to gain entry to the Port. All e-mails must be sent no later than 25 September 2025 at 16:00 to allow sufficient time for the Permit Office to prepare the e-Permits. Tenderers are required to bring this Returnable Schedule T2.2-01 to the Compulsory Tender Clarification Meeting to be signed by the Employer’s Representative. |

The primary objective of this tender is to manufacture, supply, commission, and deliver five (5) water tanker trucks to Transnet Soc Ltd operating as Transnet Port Terminals (TPT) at the Richards Bay Multi-Purpose and Dry Bulk Terminals. This is a one-time supply intended to meet the specific operational needs of TPT.
The scope includes the complete process of manufacturing, supplying, commissioning, and delivering five water tanker trucks. The scope also encompasses all associated activities such as quality assurance, inspection, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with contractual and technical requirements.
