The primary objective of this tender is to procure a single industrial-grade laboratory/industrial dishwasher suitable for washing glassware, laboratory equipment, and stainless steel items. The equipment must meet specified technical standards and include installation, calibration, operator training, warranty, and after-sales support.
The scope encompasses the supply, delivery, installation, validation, calibration, and commissioning of one (1) industrial dishwasher. The supplier is responsible for providing the necessary accessories, documentation (IQ and OQ), operator training, warranty, and ongoing technical support, including spare parts availability in South Africa.
The equipment must comply with ISO 14644 standards and include certification upon validation.
