The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider capable of assessing, repairing, and restoring computer equipment to optimal working condition over a period of 24 months. The provider will support MISA in reducing downtime, safeguarding data, extending the lifespan of IT assets, and assisting with lifecycle management, upgrades, and cost-efficient maintenance.
