  • Operational Mode: Logging calls via email or call system, assessment, quoting, approval, and execution of repairs, with payment upon completion and sign-off.
  • Response and Warranty: Respond to faults within 24 hours, provide detailed documentation, and offer at least a 3-month warranty on parts and labour.

Technical Requirements

The service provider must:

  • Have at least three (3) years of experience in computer equipment repair (desktops, laptops, peripherals).
  • Provide CVs/resumes of key technicians or a company profile demonstrating relevant experience.
  • Submit at least two reference letters confirming past computer repair services within the last five years.
  • Ensure repairs use genuine OEM parts or approved refurbished parts.
  • Respond to faults within 24 hours and resolve issues within five (5) business days.
  • Comply with MISA’s IT security and confidentiality requirements.
