| Briefing Date Details: | 1.1 Respondents failing to attend the compulsory RFQ briefing will be disqualified. A compulsory pre-proposal site meeting will be conducted at Transnet Port Terminal (Harbour) Umhlathuze Building. [Respondents to provide own transportation, accommodation and full PPE]. The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late. Bidders that are interested in attending the compulsory briefing must send an e-mail to [email protected] supported by a copy of the Identity Document (ID) of their representative/s to arrange Permits to gain entry to the Port. All e-mails must be sent no later than 22 October 2025, 14:00 to allow sufficient time for the Permit Office to prepare the e-Permits. |

The primary objective of this tender is to procure services for the structural repairs of the C02 Moving Head Walkway at Transnet Port Terminals in Richards Bay. The aim is to ensure the walkway's structural integrity, safety, and compliance with operational standards, enabling safe access, inspection, and maintenance of conveyor components.
