The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to deliver a presentation and facilitate a Skills Programme focused on interpreting and managing conflicts within the workplace, based on the Unit Standard 114226. The aim is to enhance participants' conflict management skills through accredited training aligned with national standards.
