The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a Roads Engineering Expert to provide advisory services to the Technical Executive Committee of Agrément South Africa. The appointed expert will support the organization with specialized technical guidance related to roads engineering.
The scope involves delivering expert advice and technical consultancy services in roads engineering to assist the Technical Executive Committee of Agrément South Africa. The scope includes providing technical assessments, recommendations, and support to facilitate informed decision-making within the organization.
