The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a panel of experienced service providers to deliver Organisational Development (OD) services to Sasria SOC Limited over a period of three (3) years. The scope of work includes providing flexible, on-demand OD services such as:

  • Crucial conversations and psychological safety programs
  • Organisational assessments (surveys, focus groups, etc.)
  • Employee Value Proposition campaigns (internal and external)
  • Design and facilitation of employee engagement and communication strategies
  • Change management and accountability systems support
  • Reporting and presentation of OD interventions

Services will be delivered as needed, with interventions varying in complexity, duration, and focus areas aligned with organizational priorities.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

  • Proven track record in delivering strategic OD interventions in complex environments
  • Ability to respond flexibly to Sasria’s needs within agreed timeframes
  • Expert advisory, training, and implementation support through a Centre of Excellence
  • Design, data gathering, analysis, and reporting of qualitative and quantitative data
  • Compliance with principles of good governance, transformation, inclusivity, and sustainability
  • Immediate start upon contract signing and service delivery over 3 years

Skills Requirements

The skills and expertise required from service providers include:

  • Extensive experience in organisational development, change management, and culture transformation
  • Qualified professionals with relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci Change Management Certification)
  • Leadership with at least 10 years’ experience in designing and implementing OD strategies
  • Strong analytical skills for designing assessments, analyzing data, and reporting
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and promote transformation and inclusivity
  • Knowledge of South African legislative and regulatory frameworks related to transformation and B-BBEE
