The primary objective of this tender is to supply and install doors at Ngwelezane Hospital, ensuring that the hospital's infrastructure meets specified standards and operational needs.

Scope

The scope includes the provision of all necessary materials, equipment, and services required to supply and install doors as specified in the tender documentation. This encompasses installation of viewing panels, replacement of locking systems, steel doors, Perspex windows, emergency exit doors, and related carpentry works, adhering to the IUSS specifications and quality standards.

Technical Requirements

• Supply and installation of doors with specified dimensions and materials, including tamper-proof glass panels, steel doors, Perspex windows, and emergency exit doors.
• Replacement of locking systems and electronic emergency locking mechanisms.
• Compliance with IUSS specifications for all carpentry and door works.
• Adherence to SANBS approved quality standards.
• Proper sealing, fitting, and alignment of doors and related components.
• Provision of all necessary hardware, hinges, locks, and accessories as per specifications.
• Site inspection and compulsory briefing session prior to commencement.
