Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure Cybersecurity Awareness Training Services from qualified cybersecurity experts. The training aims to enhance awareness of cyber threats, modern digital risks, and promote ongoing, layered cybersecurity practices within the organization over a contract period of twelve months.

Scope

The scope includes the provision of structured and continuous cybersecurity awareness training, which encompasses the development and distribution of various informational components such as banners, videos, emails, posters, flyers, PDFs, and other digital materials across multiple platforms. The service must include proof of relevant cybersecurity certifications for providers and cover all aspects necessary to raise cybersecurity awareness within the organization.

Technical Requirements

• Service providers must have valid cybersecurity certifications to deliver awareness training.
• The training should be layered, structured, and ongoing for a duration of twelve months.
• Development of awareness components (banners, videos, emails, posters, flyers, PDFs, etc.) for distribution on various platforms.
• Proof of cybersecurity certification must be submitted with the proposal.
• Pricing should be detailed, with the ability for MBDA to adjust quantities prior to award.
• All prices must be exclusive of VAT.
• Evaluation will consider price (80%) and specific goals (20%).

Skills Requirements

• Proven expertise in cybersecurity, evidenced by relevant certifications.
• Experience in designing and delivering cybersecurity awareness training programs.
• Ability to produce diverse digital content (videos, banners, PDFs, etc.) suitable for multiple platforms.
• Capability to develop ongoing, layered training modules tailored to organizational needs.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and current threat landscape.
• Strong communication skills to effectively raise awareness across different audiences.
