The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to deliver external legal services related to the registration of land and rights acquired during the implementation of the MCWAP-1 project in Limpopo. The services aim to support the registration processes, ensure legal compliance, and facilitate the acquisition and expropriation of land and rights necessary for the project.
