The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a panel of consulting engineers and service providers to deliver professional services related to municipal infrastructure projects. The appointments aim to support the municipality over a period of 36 months on an as-needed basis, ensuring the effective planning, financing, construction, and maintenance of municipal infrastructure.
