Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure 30 units of sterile Bander Ureteral Divertion Stents (7.0 FR, 75cm, Single J) for use in urology surgeries at Grey’s Hospital. The procurement is a once-off contract, with delivery to Grey’s Hospital, Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. Technical Requirements

• Compliance with attached specifications, including size, material, and sterility standards.
• Samples: Must be submitted with the quotation for evaluation; samples must meet the specified quality standards.
• Quality Standard: Sterile, conforming to the specified standards in the attached annexure.
• Packaging: Adequate to prevent damage during transit, with proper marking and documentation.
• Delivery: In accordance with the specified delivery schedule, to the designated hospital site, with all required documentation.
• Warranty: Goods must be new, unused, and free from defects, with a warranty period of at least 12 months.
