Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure an Integrated Screening Register to facilitate screening activities related to HIV, TB, NCDs, Mental Health, and COVID-19 within the KwaMashu Community Health Centre (CHC). The solution aims to support comprehensive health screening, data collection, and reporting to improve patient management and health outcomes.

Scope

The scope includes the supply of the Integrated Screening Register as specified in the detailed technical requirements. It covers the provision of the physical register, associated documentation, and any necessary supplementary materials or services to ensure proper implementation at KwaMashu CHC. The scope also encompasses compliance with relevant standards, specifications, and contractual obligations as outlined in the tender documents.

Technical Requirements

• The register must include sections for COVID-19 screening, mental health screening, health history, and other relevant health indicators.
• The design should include waterproof, waterproof cover pages with the Department logo, and be made of durable materials.
• The register should be compliant with specified quality standards and include detailed specifications such as size, colour, and material.
• It must support data capture for various health screening parameters, including temperature, symptoms, health history, and comments.
• The solution should facilitate easy recording of COVID-19 symptoms, mental health status, and other health indicators as per the provided forms.
• It should be compatible with the health facility’s data management and reporting requirements.
• Suppliers must provide samples, and the solution must meet the specified standards and specifications outlined in Annexure A.

Skills Requirements

• Proficiency in health data collection and management systems.
• Ability to produce durable, waterproof, and user-friendly health screening registers.
• Knowledge of health screening procedures, including COVID-19, mental health, and general health assessments.
• Capacity to provide technical support and documentation related to the use and maintenance of the register.
• Experience in working with health facilities and understanding of health data standards and compliance.
• Ability to ensure quality assurance and adherence to specifications during production and delivery.
